Exhibitor information:
Spaces are assigned by first come first served
Exhibitor may not sell any food, flea market items, or manufactured items without permission.
Spaces are non-transferable, if you allow someone else to take your space they will be asked to leave and you will not be asked back.
Spaces are 10’ x 10’, set up begins at 7:30 am and festival ends at 3:00 pm.

Please leave your space as clean as you found it. Exhibitors must provide their own table, easels etc. No electricity is available.
Parking is available off site. Vendor vehicles should be moved by 8:30 am. Shuttle bus available every 10 minutes.
AUMC and AUMW are not responsible for accidents or injury to exhibitors or spectators, nor will assume any responsibility for lost or stolen property.
In case of inclement weather, space will be available within the Epworth building for one table display per booth. The event will still take place!
